Sharper “why”
Alerts that don't just name the step that slipped, but line it up against what changed that week: a plan page edit, a new ad campaign, a billing hiccup.
About Kovra
Kovra started with a boring, very real annoyance: the answer to “where do people drop off?” lived in your database, your billing tool and your ad accounts, and nobody could put it on one screen. So we built the screen. Then we taught it to speak up on its own.
The problem
Every growth review we sat through went the same way. Someone shares a chart. Someone else says “that doesn't match billing.” Ten minutes later the meeting is about whose number is right, not about why people leave.
The fix isn't a prettier chart. It's one funnel that reads from the same sources your business actually runs on, and tells you when something changes so you don't have to go hunting.
What we hold ourselves to
If the database says 9,874 workspaces, every chart, alert and report says 9,874. No second opinion hiding in a different tab.
An alert should read like a coworker leaning over: which step, how bad, how many people, where they went. Not a wall of metrics.
Kovra looks at your data. It never writes to your database, never touches a charge, never edits a campaign. Connectors ask for the least access they need.
The right person sees the right rows. Permissions follow the person, so a live link to an agency doesn't become a tour of everything.
How it's built and supported
Connectors pull on a steady schedule and tell you plainly when one stalls, with the reason attached. Expired token? You'll see the date and a reconnect button, not a mystery gap in your chart.
Where it's going
No dates promised, no vapor screenshots. Just the three things we keep coming back to.
Alerts that don't just name the step that slipped, but line it up against what changed that week: a plan page edit, a new ad campaign, a billing hiccup.
Connectors for the tools teams keep asking about, built to the same read-only standard as the first four.
Fewer numbers, better chosen. A Monday digest you finish reading is worth more than one you skim.
Your move
Pick the plan that fits how often you check in. Starting at $0 is totally fine. The leak will still be there to find.
