Every feature, one page

For growth teams who want the whole funnel, not another tab.

Six things Kovra does well, and a straight look at how it keeps your data safe and your syncs honest. Each one comes with the screen you'll actually be staring at.

01

One funnel that spans database, billing and ads

Most funnels stop where one tool's data ends. Kovra stitches a step from Postgres to a step from Stripe to a click from Google Ads, so “visited” and “paid” finally live on the same line. Conversion rates between every pair of steps update the moment you reorder anything.

Where it fits

Monday: rebuild last quarter's signup funnel with the new invite step in it. Ten minutes, no ticket to engineering.

02

Drop-off alerts that say what happened, not just that it did

Kovra compares every step with its own last four weeks, so a normal Tuesday doesn't set off a siren. When a step really slips, you get one sentence: which step, how many people, how far it moved, and where they went next.

Where it fits

Ship a pricing change on Thursday. By Friday morning Slack tells you whether the billing page started leaking.

03

Reports that show up before the meeting does

Pick a funnel, a day and a destination. Kovra renders a PDF, posts a summary to Slack, or both. Every run is logged, so you can see exactly what went out and to whom.

Daily

A short pulse for launch weeks: yesterday's visits, paid starts and the one step that moved most.

07:30

Weekly

The Monday digest. Funnel, deltas against the prior four weeks, plus the plain-English drop-off summary.

Mon

Monthly

A tidy PDF for finance and the board, with white-label branding on the Atlas plan.

Cohorts, so “did it work?” has an answer

Group people by sign-up week, plan, or the channel that brought them, then see how each group moves through the funnel and sticks around. Spot the week where something changed without digging through exports.

Where it fits

After a pricing test: compare the week before and the week after, split by plan, and see whether paid starts actually moved.

05

Connectors you set up between two sips of coffee

Postgres, Stripe, HubSpot and Google Ads are built in, read-only, and authorized in a few clicks. Need something else in the loop? Zapier and a webhook can carry events from the rest of your stack.

Where it fits

Day one: connect Postgres and Stripe, and the funnel backfills 30 days before the kettle clicks off.

06

Share a live dashboard, each person sees only their rows

Send one link to your agency, finance lead or the new hire. Row filters decide who sees which plans, channels or accounts, so there's no “let me make a separate copy for them” on a Friday afternoon.

Where it fits

Finance only needs Insight and Atlas customers. Lifecycle only needs the Email channel. Same dashboard, same link.

07 · Security

Read-only by default, because your database isn't ours to touch

Kovra asks for the least it needs, shows you what it can see, and lets you pull the plug on any connection in a click.

Read-only connectors

Postgres, Stripe, HubSpot and Google Ads are authorized with read access. Kovra never writes back to your systems.

Encrypted, in transit and at rest

Connections use TLS, and stored credentials and synced data are encrypted at rest.

Role-based access

On Atlas, set who can edit funnels, who can only view, and who sees filtered rows. Changes show up in the access list immediately.

Links you can revoke

Every shared dashboard link can be turned off in one click. Row filters stay attached to the person, not the link.

08 · Reliability

When a sync hiccups, you'll hear it from us first

Numbers you can't trust are worse than no numbers. Kovra shows its work: when each source last synced, what failed, and what it's doing about it.

Plain-language errors

“Token expired Nov 6, reconnect” beats a status code every time.

Automatic retries

Failed deliveries to Slack are retried, and the run history notes it.
